Responsibilities: – Perform the pre-opening kitchen operations – Elaborate a traditional Med/ Italian style menu with fresh sourced ingredients with a lot of flexibility for daily specials. – Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations . You will also be responsible for the preparation of high quality of cuisine that adheres to the standards expected by the owners.
