Job Description
- Responsible for overall daily production of food
- To maintain strict inventory and cost control
- To ensure quality of food and presentation standards consistently meet the benchmark
• To assist head chef in planning and executing the menu and special promotions
- To ensure proper work handling and hygiene in the kitchen
Job Requisites
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in kitchen operations
- Holds recognized Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts/Cooking/Catering
- Good people skills and ability to communicate well (added advantage for fluency in English)
- Excellent cooking knowledge in Modern Contemporary/International cuisine including but not limited to Italian, Greek (grilled meat, dips), Asian (Vietnamese, Thai), Western Breakfast and Gourmet Sandwiches
